PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

Limited Liability Company 'Marketing Business Support' (MBS), hereinafter referred to as the 'Contractor', publishes this Public Agreement for the provision of paid services (offer) on the website https://roadmap.toktorov.com (hereinafter referred to as the 'Site') in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Technical administration and support of the toktorov.com website is carried out by Toktorov Kurmanbek, providing the Contractor with infrastructure for the sale of digital products and educational materials. All settlements and obligations for the provision of services are borne exclusively by the Contractor.

By making a payment on the website, the User confirms that they have read the terms of this offer and accept them in full in accordance with the Civil Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

1. Subject of the Agreement

The Contractor provides the Customer with access to educational materials and programs through the toktorov.com website under the terms of this offer, and the Customer undertakes to pay for the services provided in accordance with current tariffs.

2. Agreement Conclusion Procedure

The offer is accepted by the Customer paying for the relevant services through payment systems available on the site. After successful payment, the agreement is considered concluded, and the Customer receives access to the paid materials.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

• The Contractor undertakes to: provide access to paid materials within 24 hours after payment; ensure technical support for users; maintain confidentiality of the Customer's personal data.
• The Customer undertakes to: use materials only for personal non-commercial purposes; not transfer access to third parties; respect copyright; pay for services on time.

4. Cost and Payment Procedure

Services are provided on the terms of 100% prepayment. The cost is indicated on the website in soms (KGS) or US dollars (USD). Payment is made by bank cards and other methods specified on the site through certified payment systems.

5. Refund Policy

In accordance with the specifics of digital goods established by the Law of the KR 'On Consumer Rights Protection', refunds are not provided after access to materials is granted, since they represent a digital product with immediate access upon payment.

6. Liability of the Parties

The Customer is responsible for compliance with the terms of use of the site and copyright. In case of violation, the Contractor has the right to block access without refund and demand compensation for damages.

7. Personal Data Protection

The Customer consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Law of the KR 'On Personal Data' dated April 14, 2008 No. 58 and to receiving informational messages about new services and promotions.

8. Dispute Resolution

All disputes between the parties are subject to settlement through negotiations. If agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved through legal proceedings at the location of the Contractor in accordance with the procedural legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

9. Final Provisions

This offer is valid until its withdrawal by the Contractor. Changes to the offer are published on the website and take effect from the moment of publication. The legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic applies to the relationship between the parties.
