USER AGREEMENT

This User Agreement governs the use of the website roadmap.toktorov.com and establishes the rights and obligations between LLC 'Marketing Business Support' and website users in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

1. Basic Definitions and General Provisions

The User undertakes to use the website exclusively for lawful purposes and in accordance with KR legislation requirements. By registering on the website, the User confirms their legal capacity and reaching the age of 18.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Administration

The Administration has the right to change the website structure, temporarily suspend its operation for maintenance, restrict access for violations, change Agreement terms with website notification. The Administration undertakes to ensure website functionality and protect personal data in accordance with KR legislation.

3. Intellectual Property

All website materials (texts, images, videos, programs) are copyright objects and belong to the Company or are used legally. Use of materials is permitted only within granted rights with compliance to the Law of the KR 'On Copyright and Related Rights'.

4. Liability of the Parties

The User bears full responsibility for actions under their account, compliance with KR legislation, damage to third parties. The Administration is not liable for temporary website unavailability, user actions, external resource content. The Administration's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User.

5. Financial Terms and Consumer Rights Protection

Service costs are indicated in soms (KGS) or dollars (USD). Payment is made through certified payment systems. All payments are taxed according to the Tax Code of the KR. Consumer rights are protected in accordance with the Law of the KR 'On Consumer Rights Protection'.

6. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

Disputes are resolved through negotiations, if no agreement is possible - through legal proceedings at the Company's location according to KR procedural legislation. The material law of the Kyrgyz Republic applies to the parties' relationship.

7. Changes to Terms

The Administration has the right to change agreement terms with publication on the website. Changes take effect from the moment of publication. Continued use of the website means agreement with new terms.
